Tarsco Bolted Tank, a TF Warren Company is proud to announce the utilization of the most advanced coatings application system in the bolted tank industry. The state-of-the-art equipment and process improvements became operational October 2016. The new and enhanced coatings application process makes Tarsco Bolted Tank the world leader in factory-applied, coated bolted tanks. The multi-million dollar, high-quality liquid and powder coatings system improves sheet coverage, overall durability, corrosion resistance and mill thickness. 

Brant Corrosion Control is completing an order of 12 rubber lined filters for an end-user in Saudi Arabia.  The scope of work included an application of semi-hard natural rubber lining to all interior surfaces and coating of the exterior with an inorganic zinc-rich ethyl silicate and high-build polyamide epoxy. 

Premium Plate has provided pie shaped roof plates that were burned and rolled for the dome roof of a 60' diameter water tank.  Premium Plate is processing all of the material for two complete tanks for a total of 204 tons. The job is located in Brandywine, MD.

Blastco is applying cementitious fireproofing to the legs and coatings applications to two spheres on a project in Atlanta, GA. 

Tarsco is exhibiting at API's Tanks, Valves and Piping Conference and Expo being held at the Aria Hotel in Las Vegas, NV October 11-13, 2016.

The Premium Plate project located in Kershaw, SC at the Halie Goldmine.  Premium Plate supplied the material, it was blasted and primed through Blastech for the coating and white macropoxy was applied.  We then processed the material at Total Plate.  The processing included burning to size, beveling and rolling.  

Brant Corrosion Control is working on coating stainless steel, fresh resin tanks with carbon steel legs and supports. They are part of another in-house job for multiple spherical tanks destined for Duke Energy’s new combined-cycle natural gas plant in Citrus County, Florida. Our scope of work is to blast the exterior and coat only the carbon steel legs and supports, using a zinc-rich epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat.
