The TF Warren Group is pleased to announce that its wholly owned affiliate, TARSCO BOLTED TANK INC. has agreed to purchase the assets of USA Tank headquartered in Goodman, MO with a location also in Grove, OK. USA Tank has been a leader in the design, manufacturing and construction of above-ground bolted storage tank systems for nearly 40 years and has approximately 200 employees. TARSCO BOLTED TANK INC. will continue the day-to-day operations out of Goodman, MO and Grove, OK.
The purchase will bring together a massive 80 years of experience in the storage tank industry. TF Warren Group is a group of companies involved in storage, tanks, structural products and corrosion protection in industrial markets throughout the Western Hemisphere. USA Tank manufactures liquid and dry bolted storage tank solutions as well as sidewall tank insulation systems thru its Global Therm product line. USA Tank and Global Therm service a diverse range of industrial & municipal customers in the following markets: oil & gas, energy & power, water & wastewater, dry bulk, fire protection and fractional sand processes.
