Responsibilities

Job Summary: 

The Conttract Development Manager is to participate in, and improve the effectiveness of, the business development process and support the Business Development Managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with development of sales strategy and plans
  • Assist Business Development Managers with screening opportunities and the develepment of sales
  • Support Business Development Managers with the preparation of sales presentation materials
  • Assist Business Development Managers with the preparation of qualification documentation
  • Keep the Sales Opportunity Management System updated
  • Provide sales forecasting and status updates
  • Coordinate proposal activities
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with Engineering or Construction background preferred
Preferred Skills

 

  • 3+ years experience in Sales environment
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of sales/marketing strategy design and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite products especially PowerPoint
